Summer Challenge Day 33: Sea Shells

Hi ladies!! Today is Sea Shells, a very summery theme. At first I thought of doing something with acrylics but I remembered that I had bought a long time ago some crushed sea shells for nail art and I hadn't used them yet! So I've been experimenting with them all day and this is what I've ended with.

Hola chicas!! Hoy es el día de Conchas Marinas, un tema muy veraniego. Al principio pensé en hacer algo con los acrílicos pero me acordé de que hace un tiempo compré trozos de conchas para nail art y no las había utilizado todavía! Así que hoy he estado todo el día experimentando con ellas y esto es lo que ha salido.

 I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! It reminds me of sea foam, mermaids, shells...  I worked with layering this time using a lot of polishes, and added the "mermaid gradient" that you can find on my Pinterest "Inspiring" Board. 

What I used:

French Tips: Holographic Glitter, Essie Shine of the Times and White crushed Sea Shells

Top Coat: Seche Vite

Accent Nail:

Base: Essence Color & Go Choose Me!

Layering: Blue Glitter, Golden Glitter and Essie Shine of the Times

ME ENCANTA!! Me recuerda a la espuma de mar, sirenas, conchas... He trabajado esta vez con layering utilizando muchos pintauñas, y he añadido el "degradado de sirena" que podeis encontrar en el tablón "Inspiring" de mi Pinterest.

He usado:

Manicura Francesa: Glitter Holographico, Essie Shine of the Times y Trozos de conchas blancos.

Top Coat: Seche Vite

Accent Nail:

Base: Essence Color & Go Choose Me!

Layering: Glitter Azul, Glitter Dorado y Essie Shine of the Times

Summer Challenge Day 32: Pink and Purple

Hi! Today is Purple and Pink Manicure for the Summer Challenge. I wasn't very inspired when I did this manicure, so I'm not sure if I like it, but... It's Pink and Purple!

Hola! Hoy es el día de la manicura Rosa y Morada del Summer Challenge. No estaba muy inspirada el día que hice esta manicura y no se si me gusta o no pero... es Rosa y Morado!!

What I used:
Sponged Deliplus nº64 for the French tips and added the lines with Easy Paris nº402 and the dots with white acrylic paint.

Con la esponja hice las puntas con Deliplus nº64 y le añadí las líneas con Easy Parin nº402 y los puntos con  pintura acrílica.

Viva La Nails Review and Summer Challenge Day 30: A Pedicure

Nail Mail is the most exciting thing for me and, a while back I ordered the Viva La Nails sample pack for beauty bloggers. Everyone that has a beauty blog can order this sample pack and you only pay the shipment. I received it a week after I ordered, so it was really quick, but I haven't used them until now.

The stickers were very well packed inside an envelope with bubble wrap.

La entrega de paquetitos con cositas para las uñas es lo más interesante para mí y hace un tiempo pedí el pack de muestra de Viva La Nails para beauty bloggers. Todos los que tengan un blog de belleza pueden pedir este pack de muestras y sólo hay que pagar el envío. Lo recibí una semana despues de pedirlo, fue bastante rápido, pero nno las he usado hasta ahora.

Las pegatinas estaban muy bien empaquetadas dentro de un sobre con plástico de burbujas.

Five sets of stickers. They were very different from each other. You can see different styles, elegant, colourful...

Cinco sets de pegatinas. Eran muy diferentes y había muchos estilos diferentes, elegantes, divertidas, coloridas..

To try them I chose the daisies with little rhinestones and made the pedicure for the Summer Challenge. I know I'm posting this late but I was expecting the results of my final exams and I was really nervous.

Para probarlas escogí las margaritas con pequeños brillantes e hice la pedicura para el Summer Challenge. Ya se que voy tarde con la pedicura, pero he estado esperando los resultados de mis examenes finales y he estado muy nerviosa.

They were really easy to use and I loved the result. They add a touch of colour and fun to a simple french pedicure.

Fueron muy sencillas de utilizar y me encanta el resultado. Añaden un toque de color y diversión a una pedicura francesa simple.

Summer Challenge Day 28: Summer Chevrons

Wow! the last post took me so long that now I don't have much time to do this. Just tello you that today is Summer Challenge Summer Chevrons' Day and that is my attempt.

Wow! El último post me tomó tanto tiempo que ahora no tengo tiempo para escribir este. Solo deciros que hoy es el Día de Summer Chevrons para el Summer Challenge y que esto es lo que yo he hecho.

This is inspirated on a manicure that I saw a long time ago on a blog that now I can't remember, but it was in black. For this manicure I used tape and China Glaze Turned Up turquoise, which has become my most favourite polish for summer because is so colorful and fresh. Topped with Essence Glitter Topcoat an Seche Vite.

Esta manicura está inspirada en otra que vi en un blog que ahora no soy capaz de recordar, pero era en negro. Para esta manicura he usado celo y China Glace Turned Up Turquoise, que por cierto se ha convertido en mi color preferido para el verano por ser colorido y fresco. Lleva tambien una capa de Essence Glitter Topcoat y Seche Vite.

Summer Challenge Day 26: Euro 2012 Football

Hi Ladies! I was waiting for this day to show you the manicure I wore the day of the Final match between Spain and Italy. I was going to go to a bar with my friends to see the match so I made a simple manicure to support my country (SPAIN!!)

Hola chicas! Estaba esperando a este día para enseñaros la manicura que llevé el día de la final de España contra Italia. Iba a ir a un bar con unos amigos para ver el partido, así que me hice una manicura sencilla para apoyar a mi país (ESPAÑA!!) 

I's sorry for the bad quality picture, but it was taking under artificial light and my camera didn't want to cooperate. I made a french manicure in white, and then added the spanish flags with tape and acrylics. The ring finger is painted with tape and then red and golden glitter on top. Finally I added a fine line of silver glitter outlining the french manicure.

Siento la mala calidad de la foto, pero la hice bajo luz artificial y mi camara no quiso cooperar. Hice una manicura francesa en blanco y luego añadí las banderas con celo y acrilicos. El anular está pintado con celo y luego con glitter rojo y dorado encima. Al final añadí una fina línea de glitter en plata delineando la manicura francesa.

Congratulations to Spain that won the match 4-0!!
