I'm a little bit late, but still on time. Today I started crocheting amigurumis again and totally forgot about the manicure...
The theme for today is hearts, well I just made one heart, but It's so big I don't think It's going to matter haha. I took the opportunity to try two new things that I've never done; Flocking Powder (Velvet) and 3D Nail Art and this is the final result!

Voy un poco tarde, pero todavía llego a tiempo. Hoy he comenzado a hacer amigurumis de crochet de nuevo y se me ha olvidado totalmente que tenía que hacer la manicura...
El tema paa hoy es corazones, bueno, yo solo he hecho uno, pero es tan grando que no creo que vaya a importar demasiado haha. He aprovechado la oportunidad para probar dos nuevas técnicas que nunca había hecho. Flocking Powder (Terciopelo) y Nail Art en 3D, y este es el resultado!

This Fuchsia Velvet from Born Pretty Store was given to me as a gift for my friend Xiito from Mis Potingadas y Más, and I have to say it applies very nicely and it's easy to use. I started with two coats of Flormar 400 and, with the help of a dotting tool, I made the polka dots with Yes Love Y75, then with the same colour I drew the heart with a Nail Art Brush and outlined it with the Nail Art Chain. Finally I used clear polish only over the pink and covered everything with Flocking Powder.

Este Terciopelo Fucsia de Born Pretty Store me lo regaló mi amiga Xiito de Mis Potingadas y Más, y tengo que decir que se aplica genial y es muy fácil de usar. Comencé con dos capas de Flormar 400 y , con la ayuda de un dotting tool, hice los polka dots con Yes Love Y75, luego, con el mismo color, dibujé el corazón con un Pincel de Nail Art y lo delineé con la Cadena para Nail Art. Para terminar usé esmalte transparente solo sobre el rosa y lo cubrí todo con Flocking Powder.
It's really fun to play with the flocking powder, you can do lots of things and I'm actually thinking about making some animal print with it, the only thing I don't like a lot is the weird feeling that happens when you rub your fingers or it makes contact with cloth, it gives me the shivers!
Es muy divertido jugar con el flocking powder, se pueden hacer infinidad de cosas y ya estoy pensando en hacer algun animal print con él, lo único que no me gusta demasiado es la sensación tan extraña que da cuando lo frotas con los dedos o toca algo de ropa, me da repelo!

Y aquí podeis ver un macro del Nail Art en 3D, no es muy alto, pero es más de lo que suelo llevar en las uñas... Una corazón plateado relleno de pelito suave! Que mono!!
