Hi!
Today I have another late manicure and a short post.
My favourite Song and Singer are Smooth Criminal by Michael Jackson, so I made this manicure inspired on The King of Pop (Michel Jackson!!)

Hoy os traigo otra manicura tardía un post cortito.
Mi canción y cantante favorito son Smooth Criminal por Michael Jackson, así que he hecho esta manicura inspirada en el Rey del Pop (Michael Jackson!!)

I used Deliplus Black as the base and topped with Essence Special Effect Topper Night in Vegas. On the Index finger I used Nagelin White and added Holographic Silver Glequins. Finally I drew Michael Jackson Silouette in black and white.



Usé como base Deliplus Black y le puse encima Essence Special Effect Topper Night in Vegas. En el dedo índice usé primero Nagelin White y le añadí Glequins Plateados Holográficos. Por último dibujé a Michael Jackson en blanco y negro.

I decided to do the index finger that way because I was inspired by Michel Jackson's Gloves (That I love) I hope you liked it!! See You Soon!!



Decidí hacer el dedo índice así porque me inspiré en los guantes de Michel Jackson (que me encantan) Espero que os haya gustado!! Nos vemos pronto!!!

Disney Challenge Day 37: Atlantis

Hi!
I know, I know... I have been procrastinating with the Disney Challenge, but it's sooo looong... and we have already done all the cool manicures that I wanted to do. I am not the only one who is feeling this way, other challengers also are having troubles to find time to paint their nails, so we have decided we are going to make the rest of the Disney manicures once a week.
The manicure of this week is Atlantis. I watched this movie when I was quite old, but I enjoyed it because it was funny and had good drawings.

Lo se, lo se... He estado posponiendo las manicuras del Reto Disney, pero es que es taaan laaargo... y ya hemos hecho todas las manicuras que me interesaban hacer. Y no soy la única que se siente asi, otras chicas del reto estan teniendo problemas para encontrar tiempo para pintase las uas, así que hemos decidido que las que faltan las vamos a hacer una por semana.
La manicura de esta semana es Atlantis. Ya vi esta película cuando era bastante grande, pero me encantó porque era graciosa y los dibujos eran buenos.

I got the inspiration from the masks that the people from Atlantis were wearing when they met the explorers.
I used a white base (Nagelin White) and drew the masks with different shades of blue acrylics.



Saqué la inspiración de las máscaras que llevaban las personas de la Atlántida cuando se encontraron a los exploradores.
He usado una base blanca (Nagelin White) y dibujé las máscaras con diferentes tonos de pinturas acrílicas azules.

Esmaltofílicas, El Reto #5: Libro Preferido

Hi Girls!
My most favourite book of all the times is Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. I read it the first time when I was 11 and now I've read it so many times that I can't count them. I have been  HUGE Harry Potter fan, I didn't had merchandising because I never had money to bought it, but I had my bedroom wall covered in Harry Potter's characters and drawings that I had done. Because of that when I saw This Hedwig Manicure from Coewless Polish, I knew I had to do it! I'm sorry if you are seeing lately a lot of manicures made by other nail art artists but I have the need to try the amazing manicures I see over the internet.

Mi libro favorito de todos los tiempos es claramente Harry Potter y la Piedra Filosofal. Lo leí por primera vez cuando tenía 11 años y ahora ya lo he leído tantas veces que no las puedo ni contar. Yo he sido una GRAN fan de Harry Potter, nunca tuve merchandising porque no tenía dinero para comprarlo, pero mi cuarto estaba cubierto por los persnajes de Harry Potter y por dibijos que hice yo misma. Por todo esto cuando vi Esta Manicura de Hedwig hecha por Coewless Polish supe que tenía que hacerla! Siento mucho que ultimamente esteis viendo por aquí manicuras originales de otros nail artists, pero esque las veo y necesito tenerlas en mis uñas!!

First of all I used two coats of Nagelin White for the base, then I sponged H&M Miss Stone Heart on all the fingers except the middle finger. I sponged it trying to make it look rough, like little feathers or marks. Then I drew Hedwig's face and the black marks with acrylic paints. It was surprisingly easy! So I'm working on another tutorial for you!



Lo primero fue usar dos capas de Nagelin White para la base, luego con la esponja añadí el H&M Miss Stone Heart en todos los dedos excepto en el dedo corazón. Intenté que al darle con la esponja se quedara como manchado, similando las plumas. Luego dibujé la cara de Hedwig y las marcas negras de las plumas con pinturas acrílicas. Fue sorprendentemente sencillo! Así que estoy trabajando en otro tutorial para vosotros!

I am really happy with the result, even knowing that the original manicure is much better with better details... But I think that it really looks like Hedwig and I'm going to cry when I have to remove them...
I really need to buy a good white polish because this one is really gloppy and the brush is really bad, so the application was really painful!



Estoy muy contenta con el resultado, incluso sabiendo que la manicura original está mucho mejor, con mejores detalles... Pero creo que se parece realmente a Hedwig y voy a llorar mucho cuando me la tenga que quitar...
Neesito de verdad comprarme un esmalte blanco porque este está increíblemente espeso y el pincel es realmente malo, así que la aplicación fue un coñazo!!

Summer Challenge Day 38: Tour de France

Hi girls!
This manicure wasn't created for the challenge, but I think it fits perfectly. My boyfriend loves bikes, and lately he has been going everywhere by bike... He even has made a two day trip (150km!!) I am too lazy to go with him, but I wanted to support his hobby as he supports my polish addiction, so I made this nails for him.

He loved it so much that he took a picture and sent it to all his "bike-friends".

Esta manicura no la hice especialmente para el reto, pero creo que encaja perfectamente. A mi novio le encantan las bicicletas, y últimamente ha estado yendo a todos lados en bici... Incluso hizo un viaje de dos días (¡¡150km!!) Soy demasiado vaga para acompañarlo, pero quería apoyar su hobby así como él me apoya con mi adicción a los pintauñas, y hice esta manicura para él.

Le gustó tanto que le hizo una foto y se la envió a todos sus "bici-amigos".

As simple as it looks it was really hard to draw because of the really thin lines. And another problem that I had was the white polish. It's getting really thick and it dries super-fast, even more because here in Seville we are at 43ºC! (110ºF) and it was drying before I ended doing the first layer, so it was really bumpy and thick...

To make it I used Nagelim White Polish and Black Acrylic Paint.

Aunque parece sencilla fue bastante difícil de dibujar porque las líneas eran realmente finas. Y otro problema que tuve fue el pintauñas blanco. Se está poniendo muy espeso y seca súper-rápido, más incluso porque aquí en Sevilla estamos a ¡43ºC! (110ºF) y se secaba antes de que hubiera acabado la primera capa, y quedaba muy desigual y grueso...

Para hacerla usé Nagelim White Polish y Pintura Acrílica Negra.

On Wednesdays We Wear Pink

To day is my first day doing "On Wednesdays We Wear Pink". I let you read what the say on their blog:

I know I should be doing it every week, but for now the MSMDs manicures, and the Summer Challenge consume all my "nail time".

Today was  the Independence Day for the Summer Challenge, but I decided to skip it (sorry) and make this instead.

I made this awesome manicure with the same french manicure that I used for the Europe 2012 Footbal Summer Challenge Day and added the flowers with pink acrylics. Finally I glued tiny silver beads to the flowers.

It looks really cute I love It!!

I think you can guess that I'm on a hurry, tomorrow I will edit and add the spanish translation and all the other things that are missing. 

Summer Challenge Day 26: Euro 2012 Football

Hi Ladies! I was waiting for this day to show you the manicure I wore the day of the Final match between Spain and Italy. I was going to go to a bar with my friends to see the match so I made a simple manicure to support my country (SPAIN!!)

Hola chicas! Estaba esperando a este día para enseñaros la manicura que llevé el día de la final de España contra Italia. Iba a ir a un bar con unos amigos para ver el partido, así que me hice una manicura sencilla para apoyar a mi país (ESPAÑA!!) 

I's sorry for the bad quality picture, but it was taking under artificial light and my camera didn't want to cooperate. I made a french manicure in white, and then added the spanish flags with tape and acrylics. The ring finger is painted with tape and then red and golden glitter on top. Finally I added a fine line of silver glitter outlining the french manicure.

Siento la mala calidad de la foto, pero la hice bajo luz artificial y mi camara no quiso cooperar. Hice una manicura francesa en blanco y luego añadí las banderas con celo y acrilicos. El anular está pintado con celo y luego con glitter rojo y dorado encima. Al final añadí una fina línea de glitter en plata delineando la manicura francesa.

Summer Challenge Day 24: Underneath the Stars

I'm back! It has been really weird not to post in two weeks or so... But I had my finals and I was feeling so nervous that made me sick, and I wasn't on the mood to paint my nails. The good news are that I am on HOLIDAYS!!! I don't have to study anymore (until september I'm afraid) and my nails have grown a lot on this two weeks and that makes me want to paint them again! I have waiting for this day because I was dying to do a galaxy mani and "Underneath the stars" seemed the perfect day.
So, here it is, it's not perfect but I like the result, it's colourful.

He vuelto! Ha sido muy extraño no escribir en estas dos semanas... pero tenía los exámenes finales y estaba tan nerviosa que hasta me encontraba mal, y no me apetecía pintarme las uñas. Lo bueno es que ahora estoy DE VACACIONES!!! Ya no tengo que estudiar más (hasta Septiembre, me temo) y mis uñas han crecido bastante estas dos semanas asi que me vuelve a apetecer pintarme las uñas! He estado esperando este día porque me moría por hacer unas Galaxy Nails y el día "Underneath the stars" parecía perfecto.
Bueno, aquí la teneis, no esta perfecta pero me gusta el resultado, es colorido.

Summer Challenge Day 15: Freestyle Day

EDIT: This was supposed to be HOT PINK FREESTYLE DAY, but I just read freestyle day and that's why there's no pink :( Tomorrow will be another day and I will do anything with Hot Pink... but not today...

Three posts in the same day!!! I can't believe it!!! But finally I don't have more late manicures, this is what we had to do for today and it's freestyle.

EDITO: Esto se supone que tenía que ser DIA DE ESTILO LIBRE EN ROSA FUCSIA, pero yo solo leí estilo libre y por eso no hay rosa por ningún lado... :( Mañana será otro día y haré algo en Rosa fucsia... pero no hoy...

Tres posts en un mismo dia!!! No me lo puedo creer!!! Pero finalmente ya no tengo más manicuras atrasadas, esta es la que teníamos que hacer para hoy y es de estilo libre.

As you can say for the lenght of my nails this is a manicure that I did some time ago and I haven't posted it yet. But I thought: Why do a new freestyle manicure when I have this manicure already done? I did It when I had to go to a wedding and my dress was black and white. It matched perfectly!

For this manicure I used:

Base: Yves Rocher Pastel Brillance nº03

French tips: Nagelim nº99 stamped with Deliplus nº58 and lined with silver glitter. (BM-220)

Top Coat: Konad Special Stamping Topcoat

Como os podeis imaginar por la longitud de mis uñas esta es una manicura que hice hace algún tiempo y no la había subido todavía. Pero pense: ¿Por qué hacer una manicura de estilo libre si ya tengo esta hecha? La hice cuando tuve que ir a una boda y mi vestido era blanco y negro, se complementaban perfectamente!

Para esta manicura he usado:
